I've never though of using the microwave to get the skin off the eggplant. That will save a lot of time.

The most popular flat bread here are bought in a turkish store.... I have not made it but it should be easy since the Kurdish women bake the bread on the back of their woks with a charcoal of open fire.... But here is one I saw from research...
