A simple way of making Banana jam. Hello, vegan lovers, friends, and community It was a few days before I bought some special bananas and as usual I forgot to use them. while cleaning the fruit basket I noticed those bananas were turned dark I mean the skin became dark. When I peeled them they were ok inside.
I used these 3 big bananas to make jam around 400 grams.
1/2 cup of sugar
pinch of salt.
After peeled them I cut them into small slices.
Banana slices.
Added 1/2 cup sugar
After mixing the sugar I cooked them on low heat continuously stirring.
When the sugar melted and started changing colors I added a pinch of salt.
when the color of the mixture turned golden I switched off the heat.
After cooled down I filled the box and kept it in the refrigerator.
so easy it was.
