Hello, community friends and well-wishers, food lovers Today made some dessert when some unexpected guests come to visit. simple but delicious and attractive.
1 cup coarsely grounded rice
1/2 cup of jaggery
1 tbsp coconut oil
cashew almond and raisins 1 tbsp each
4 cardamoms 2 cloves
1 pinch of salt
In a pan, I added 1 tbsp coconut oil and fried nuts. took them in a plate and kept them aside.
In the same pan, (I used for the recipe) on low heat added 2-3 cloves and added coarsely grounded rice and roasted it until it turns golden brown.
In a pressure cooker added jaggery.
3 cups of water.
A pinch of salt, and had cooked until the jaggery dissolved.
Added roasted coarse ground rice.
Cardamoms powder
Raisins.
Roasted broken almonds.
I covered the lid of the cooker and cooked until had 3 whistles from a pressure cooker.
After 3 whistles and cooled down cooker, a mixture looks like this
Pressed, the mixture in the mold.
And flipped in the plate.
Decorate with cashew halves and raisins. some red currant.
served with sliced pieces. A guest was satisfied and me too.

I really like your recipe, I'm going to make it on Sunday, which will be my birthday, with some variables because some ingredients are not available in my country, but I'm sure it will be as delicious as your original recipe.
