How are you, my friends? I wish you a good night, and I hope all my dear friends are very well and happy. Today, I am going to share with you a very delicious and spicy fish chili filling. People in Asia love this dish, as it is one of the most delicious options for those who enjoy spicy food and prefer a vegetarian option. It can be easily prepared. I made this dish this evening and served it to my family. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
π fish chili pods 5 or 6.
π 3 medium sized potatoes.
π 2 onions, finely chopped.
π A few of chopped curry leaves.
π A few cinnamon barks.
π A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
π A little crushed ginger.
π 4 tablespoons cocoanut oil.
π Salt to taste.
π 1 teaspoons of crushed chilli powder.
π 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
π 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
π 1/2 Teaspoon of curry Powder.
Method of making;
1 step.
First, take the potatoes and put them in a bowl, then boil them for about 10 minutes. After that, mash the potatoes well as shown in the pictures below.
2 step.
Then take a bowl and put two table spoons of oil in it and mix it well with garlic and ginger. until golden.
3 step.
Then add chopped onions and chopped curry leaves to it and mix well. Fry it for a while.
4 step.
Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and cinnamon to it and mix it well..
5 step.
Then add the potatoes to the mixture and mix well.
6 step.
Then cut the fish chili in half as shown in the pictures below and remove the seeds.
7 step.
Then make the chili fish filling as per the photos below.After that, put the of fish chillies in a pot to cook.
8 step.
Then take a cup and put some coconut milk in it and add turmeric powder, cinnamon and curry powder to it and mix it.
9 step.
Then put the bowl filled with chilies on the stove and add about 2 table spoons of coconut oil to it and carefully flip it to different for about two minutes.
10 step.
Then add the coconut milk mixture, salt to the required amount and a little chopped onion to the fish chili and cook for about 10 minutes.
Now the delicious fish and chili filling is ready. This is best served with rice or bread. A very popular dish in Sri Lanka. Try it if you can. Very tasty. Then I will meet again with a new dish.
