Let's make a delicious fry from the very nutritious winged bean.

Wishing all my hive friends a good night. How are you? Cultivating vegetables in the garden not only enhances the beauty of the field but also contributes to a nutritious diet. I'm thrilled to share that the harvest of the winged beans I cultivated was successful. Winged beans, belonging to the legume family, are rich in protein, making them an excellent plant-based protein source for vegetarians. Furthermore, they are packed with essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron.

Now, let's explore how to prepare a delightful dish using these nutritious winged beans.

My Winged Bean Garden.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Winged Bean 200g.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🍀 11/2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 tablespoon of coconut oil .
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 2 green chili pods.

Method of making.

First, wash and clean the winged beans and finely chop them as shown below.

Then take a cooking pot and put a tablespoon of coconut oil in it and let it heat. After it heats up, add chopped onions to it. After it is slightly fried, add garlic, cinnamon, green chili and curry leaves and mix well.

Then add crushed chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to the required amount and stir well.

Then add the cut winged beans and stir well. Fry it for 3 or 4 minutes. Add a small amount of coconut oil if needed.
