Let's make a delicious sambol that can be made from very nutritious lotus roots.

How are all of you? I wish you all a good night. Friends, as we move forward in life, we face many challenges. These challenges are not defeats but opportunities to achieve victory. Defeat serves as a harbinger of victory. While it may not be easy to progress in life, it is important not to miss out on certain opportunities. Each day holds significance for us.

Today, I prepared a fresh batch of lotus sambal. In our country, this dish is known as "lotus stem sambola." This particular sambal is not only delicious but also highly nutritious. Now, let's take a look at the ingredients required and the process of making this dish.

๐Ÿ Lotus root 250g.
๐Ÿ Juice of half a lime.
๐Ÿ A chopped onion.
๐Ÿ 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
๐Ÿ A chopped tomato.
๐Ÿ 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
๐Ÿ Salt as required.
๐Ÿ 1 1/2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
๐Ÿ coconut oil 300ml.

1 step.

First take the Lotus root, remove the upper layer and cut it into thin slices.

Then, take a pan and add oil to it. Fry the cut lotus root on low flame until it turns golden.

Then, add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, and onions to this cup.

Then add chopped chili powder, chili powder and salt to the required amount.

Then add lime juice to all these and mix well as shown below.

Now, this delicious sambol made of lotus roots is ready. It is very easy to make and extremely tasty. It goes best with rice. It is also believed that lotus roots have healing properties and can help cure many diseases. So, try preparing this delicious sambol. I will be back with another new dish for you to try.
