Hi, you brought back memories, here in Venezuela people love the mango season and usually eat them straight from the tree, but they also prepare juices, very delicious desserts like jelly (my favorite), however, when the mango is green they eat it with salt or marinade and Worcestershire sauce, a black sauce that we use to season stews and meats.
