This time I just cooked stir-fried beans but I mixed with mushroom soy sauce.
Mushroom soy sauce suitable for vegan friends and the color tends to be dark like sweet soy sauce but the taste is not sweet, so it is very suitable for dishes that have a dark color, but this time I use it with just stir-fried beans instead of oyster sauce.
Let's go straight to the recipe. Eits, but before we get to the recipe, I want to show you the soy sauces and sauces that I have in the kitchen, some of which I often use, others I keep in the refrigerator.

Material :
250 grams of green beans
50 grams of bean sprouts
2 bay leaves
5 grams of crushed galangal
17 grams of shallots
17 grams of garlic
3 curly red chilies (optional)
Seasoning :
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp msg (optional)
1 tsp mushroom soy sauce
1 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp brown sugar
Enough water
How to make:
• Prepare all clean washing materials. Then cut the green beans into oblique shapes.
• chop the shallots, garlic and chilies then set aside
• Heat the oil then saute the sliced spices and add the bay leaves and crushed galangal
• saute until fragrant then add seasoning.
• Once fragrant, add the beans and add a little water so that the spices soak in and cook until wilted.
• add the mushroom soy sauce then add the bean sprouts then cook again until cooked (don't forget to correct the taste if it's not quite right, you can add more seasoning)
• Stir-fried green beans are ready to be served.
Well, that's an easy and practical menu that I made today. The combination of sweet green beans with fresh bean sprouts plus mushroom soy sauce makes this dish rich in taste. You must try this recipe.
