That looks comforting, especially if the weather is cold.
For the flatbread :
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1 cup warm water
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients, stir the oil through. Add warm water slowly while pulling the dough together, when the sides of the bowl are clean you know that your dough has the right texture. Separate and roll into 20 balls. Oil slightly and leave to rest for 30 min in the bowl covered with a tea towel.
Heat a skillet. Use cook and spray to oil the pan between breads. Roll out the balls covering them using a tea towel.
Fry until the side facing you forms bubbles, flip and fry on the other side.
Keep them warm under another tea towel until you’re done frying.
If you fold these over the prongs of an oven rack and toast them they also make feather light tacos. 🙃

You're the best! I thank you for your instructions. I will follow this but if it doesn't work then I'm a total loser haha. Thanks so much. I'll do this soon.😊
It works very well. I, literally, tried hundreds of recipes. This one was the best - I sort of combined instructions until it worked, perfectly
I’ve always got a few in my freezer to use as wraps or tacos as the mood takes me
Okay you have the evidence here but I'm still a little scared of failure. The test is on tonight!😄
