Hello, thank you for the visit and the nice comment. Yes you can make bread with this technique, with any grain that does not require prior cooking; although with black beans or spotted beans it would require prior cooking the grain, as both have components harmful to health, that only cooking transforms or eliminates altogether; but with lentils they go well.
