The spring rolls that you means is serve with no frying, or frying again? I saw in Vietnam (by virtual) they just serve raw after rolled.

Well, another type of spring rolls are made from different wrapper. Thicker but the results very good crispy texture those are my fav. In fact, I have plan to make these spring rolls too

It can be deep fried or served raw.. But the sheets used are different for the two methods...
