Greetings to everyone here, hope you guys are enjoying this weather because as for me I am. I welcome you guys once again to my blog.
Ok guys today we are going to see how I made this recipe called sweet potato mini cake. This recipe is what I did for o my kid for school as snacks today. And he was very happy because it was his first time to eat it. Even my neighbor who came across my place today was surprised to see how I used potato to make a snack.
Not I have to list the ingredients that I used in making it. And I will take it step by step.
INGREDIENTS USED BELOW
3 pieces of potatoes
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/8 floor
1/2 vegetable oil
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I'm going to show you guys how I prepare this.
STEP 1
I peel my potatoes and put in a clean bowl to wish with a water.
After washing it with a clean water I cut it into pieces into another clean bowl.
After that I put it inside a clean pot and add water to boil for like 7 minutes.
STEP 2
After well cooked for 7 minutes I bring them out and put in a clean plate.
After putting it in a clean plate I start to march it together.
After marching them together, it must be Smooth.
STEP 3
After that process I put my sugar inside it and add my floor also.
After that I mixed them together for them to march very well.
After mixing them together it must be as smooth as.
After that I start to mud it one after the other into a clean plate.
STEP 4
I put my pot on the fire to dry water and heat also.
After that I pour my oil into it and allow for a while.
After some few minutes I start to put my mud potatoes into it..
Still on the fire you can see how the face is so good and nice.
Now my sweet potato mini cake is ready. I can testify to you that this is a nice recipe to make for your kids to eat.
