Brown sugar in your place is cheaper than our sugar here. I didn't know about liquid brown sugar, I don't know if we have it here.
Dates is limited here, I seldom see them. I can only taste them if someone came home from outside the country and they brought it as a souvenir.
We have many local brown sugar producers here. So the price is cheaper.
Liquid brown sugar is basically brown sugar in general. But has been processed into the liquid texture. So we don't need to melt brown sugar first if we want to use brown sugar for dessert.
