Hola, que tal? feliz inicio de semana para todos, por acá con ustedes para unirme al desafío propuesto por @sirenahippie; y por invitación de @yessi08 de la presentación de un día 100% vegano!

Les cuento que me divertí mucho realizando este desafío, ya que soy nuevo en la preparación de platos veganos; si consumía algunos; pero muy poco los preparaba; así que al recibir la invitación de mi esposa @yessi08, comencé a pensar en las recetas que iba a preparar; les confieso que, me costó bastante armar todo el menú; lo primero que decidí fué el amuerzo, porque lleva lentejas, y es uno de mis granos favoritos!

Me faltaba decidir el deayuno y la cena; y finalmente, me enfoqué en mi hijo menor, que mi esposa lo esta introduciendo en el mundo del veganismo, y decidí preparar una de sus comidas favoritas que son las panquecas, pero una versión vegana; de avena con cambur y pasas, y para la cena preparé una calientite crema de auyama con zanahoria, que es su crema favorita!

Así, me dispuse a comenzar mi día vegano, en la mañana le preparé al niño unas ricas panquecas de avena, con cambur y pasas para que llevara al colegio de desayuno, y por supuesto para el resto de la familia también; temprano puse a remojar un poco las lentejas para la preparación de una rica sopa de lentejas y verduras para el almuerzo; como mi esposa y y somos docentes, y trabajamos en turnos diferentes, ella salió al trabajo, y cuando regresó, ya estaba listo el almuerzo! quedó encantada, porque le gusta mucho la comida vegana.

Finalizando el día; a la hora de cenar, preparé, una crema de auyama con zanahoria; y así terminé mi día vegano! espero les guste la preparación.

I have to tell you that I had a lot of fun doing this challenge, since I am new to preparing vegan dishes; I used to eat some, but I rarely prepared them; so when I received the invitation from my wife @yessi08, I started to think about the recipes I was going to prepare; I confess that it took me quite a while to put together the menu; the first thing I decided was the lunch, because it has lentils, and it is one of my favorite grains!

I still had to decide on breakfast and dinner; and finally, I focused on my youngest son, my wife is introducing him to the world of veganism, and I decided to prepare one of his favorite foods which are pancakes, but a vegan version; oatmeal with raisins and raisins, and for dinner I prepared a warm cream of pumpkin with carrots, which is his favorite cream!

So, I set out to start my vegan day, in the morning I prepared some delicious oatmeal pancakes with raisins and bananas for the child to take to school for breakfast, and of course for the rest of the family too; early I soaked some lentils to prepare a delicious lentil and vegetable soup for lunch; as my wife and I are teachers, and we work different shifts, she left for work, and when she came back, lunch was ready! she was delighted, because she likes vegan food very much.

At the end of the day; at dinner time, I prepared a cream of pumpkin with carrots; and so I finished my vegan day! I hope you like the preparation!


MATERIALES

Para la preparación de las panquecas:

1 taza de harina de avena
1 cambur manzano
azúcar al gusto
vainilla
pasas al gusto.

MATERIALS

For the preparation of the pancakes:

1 cup oat flour
1 apple cambur
sugar to taste
vanilla
raisins to taste.


PREPARACIÓN

En la licuadora agrego todos los ingredientes, y un poco de agua, licúo fuerte por unos 3 minutos; agrego una pizca de sal y azúcar al gusto.

Luego agrego las pasas; y vierto la mezcla en una sartén caliente con un poco de aceite, y cocino por ambos lados.

PREPARATION

In the blender I add all the ingredients, and a little water, I blend hard for about 3 minutes; I add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste.

Then I add the raisins; and pour the mixture into a hot pan with a little oil, and cook on both sides.

MATERIALES

Preparando el almuerzo:

una taza de lentejas
1 papa
1 zanahoria
250gr de ocumo blanco
500gr de ocumo chino
ajo
comino
sal
cebollino
ají.

MATERIALS

Preparing lunch:

1 cup of lentils
1 potato
1 carrot
250gr of white octopus
500gr of Chinese octopus
garlic
cumin
salt
chives
chili.

PREPARACIÓN

Despues de remojar las lentejas, llevao a cocinar con suficiente agua, y un poco de sal.

Lavo dien las verduras, y corto en pequeños trozos; agrego a las lentejas cuando estén hirviendo y sazono con comino y pimienta.

Mientras se ablandan las verduras, sofrío los aliños y los agrego a la sopa; dejo cocinar un par de minutos , retiro del fuego!

PREPARATION

After soaking the lentils, I bring them to cook with enough water, and a little salt.

I wash the vegetables and cut them in small pieces; I add them to the lentils when they are boiling and season them with cumin and pepper.

While the vegetables are softening, I sauté the seasonings and add them to the soup; let them cook for a couple of minutes, remove from the heat!

MATERIALES

Cerrando mi día vegano, con una calientita crema de auyama con zanahoria:

500gr de auyama
1 zanahoria
pimentón
ajo
comino
cebollino
cilantro
sal
cebolla.

MATERIALS

Closing my vegan day, with a warm cream of pumpkin and carrot soup:

500gr of pumpkin
1 carrot
paprika
garlic
cumin
chives
coriander
salt
onion.

PREPARACIÓN

Lave bien la auyama y zanahoria, y la corté en trozos, lleve a cocinar con todos los ingreientes; cuando hubierón ablandado; retiré del fuego.

Lleve a una licuadora, y licue hasta obtener una crema homogénea.

PREPARATIÓN

Wash well the pumpkin and carrot, and cut them in pieces, take them to cook with all the ingredients; when they have softened, remove from the fire.

Take to a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous cream.
