Crispy potatoes with chili and custard

If you haven't tried crispy potato chips then it means you are missing out. With sweet peppers is another level of appreciation for the gift of variety of foods that can be explored and enjoyed on this planet.

Today I bring to you a crispy fried potato chips in palm oil, sprinkled with sweet peppers, chilli sauce and eaten with custard. it's a meal we enjoyed so much and it can be eaten plain or with custard.

The following are ingredients that i used in the preparation. This is a simple breakfast which can also be served as dinner. The meal is easy to prepare and quiet filling, I enjoyed every crispy bite and the chilli sauce give it a unique taste and flavor.

INGREDIENTS
14 tubers potatoes
1/2 teaspoon peppers
Chilli sauce
1 tablespoon salt
50 CL palm oil
3 tablespoons custard
2 tablespoons Sugar

COOKING PROCEDURE

STEP 1
Peel potatoes, wash and cut thinly to achieve a crispy result. Add salt, peppers and stir to combine ingredients.

STEP 2
Set a clean pot on fire, add 50CL palm oil and allow to get hot, add thinly sliced potatoes and fry until golden brown.

STEP 3
Add 1 liter of water in a kettle and set to boil. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of custard with water and add boiled water to it. Stir and add your sweetener, fruit's or nuts and enjoy with already crispy fried potatoes.

And our simple and delicious chili spiced crispy potato Is ready to be enjoy by everyone.
