Delicious Pasta and Vegetable Dish

Holla friends! Vegan love to you all. I made pasta and vegetable dish as dinner and thought to share with you friends in this lovely community. This is a #vegan dish with a combination of different vegetables and natural spices. You can also try this simple pasta recipe.

I used the following ingredients in preparing this simple pasta recipe.

INGREDIENTS
500g pasta
3 medium carrots
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 cooking spoons soy oil
1 teaspoon mix spices
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
200g bean sprouts
100g green peas
1 tomato paste
50g spring onions
Hot pepper

COOKING PROCESS

STEP 1
Start with cooking the spaghetti, add salt and cook for 10 minutes. Strain excess water and set aside for the next step.

STEP 2
Place pot on fire, add one cooking spoon of oil, when it is hot, add diced onions. Allow to fry for 2 minutes then add tomato paste, salt and spices, Fry for 5 minutes.

STEP 3
Wash, scrape and dice all vegetables needed for this recipe.

STEP 4
Add cooked spaghetti to the tomato mix and stir well. Add a half cup of water and carrots, allow to cook for 3 minutes. All other vegetables, chilli sauce and soy sauce, stir and our pasta is ready.
