Semolina tikki breakfast Recipe.

How are you all? I hope you're all doing well. Today, I'm sharing a recipe made from semolina, which is very beneficial for us. Semolina is not only tasty to eat but also quite healthy.

Many people may not be aware of its benefits. Semolina is rich in vitamins and minerals. Consuming it provides ample energy to your body. Semolina is commonly used to make pizza crust, bread, and halwa. It is made from durum wheat and contains a high amount of protein. Semolina is beneficial for our health in many ways.

Ingredients.

  • 100 grams semolina
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Two boiled potatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • Coriander leaves

Method.

  1. Take a pan and place it on the gas stove. Add chopped green chilies and black pepper and then add semolina and a glass of water.

  1. When the semolina is cooked well, remove it from the heat.

  2. Then add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt to taste and mix well.

  1. Now, shape it into patties.

  1. Heat a pan, add a little oil, and then add the prepared patties. Cook them well on both sides.

  1. Your semolina tikkis are ready. You can enjoy them with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
