Ingredients
3 dads
1 tomato
1 onion
½ paprika
Cornstarch
Oregano
100 mL of water
Preparation
Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, put it to boil
Apart in the water, dissolve the cornstarch and bring it to a boil with a little salt and oregano. Let it thicken and remove from heat.
When the potatoes are soft, make a puree. Base them in a mold
Add a layer of the white sauce and add tomato sauce, then some onion rings.
Put a new layer of sauce and put tomato and paprika and oregano.
Finally cover with a layer of mashed potatoes, add a little oregano
Bake for 15 min at 180 ° and let cool to serve
