Hi, I was surprised by your recipe, in my country we call it yam and we usually use it in soup. I never thought you could make sweets or drinks with this vegetable. I like your philosophy of food, it's good that you teach your children to value it.

For yam, that's the other type, but similar. Here in my city, taro is expensive rather than yam.
