Hi @carisma77, I've never thought of making cookies with Lentils, one of my favourite ingredients! I can imagine it must have been crispy with a nutty flavour? Absolutely yum with that mayo, and healthy on top of that! Fabulous recipe and presentation😋

Oh thank you, thank you very much for your kind comment, the truth is that when I saw the recipe I was surprised but curiosity led me to prepare them and they are really delicious and super crunchy, plus the mayonnaise is on another level, it has a very special flavor.
