RE: Thai inspired coconut soup

Hi Carolyn, Your soup looks so delicious and beautifully presented, a real work of art!
I don't know how you manage to keep going with that kind of hours, but one has to adjust not so!
At least summer is on the way, and I really think you need to take time out for yourselves.
I've only now really started blogging again, am visiting my son, eventually! It's been bittersweet, hits me every so often like a sledgehammer, but it's been a good 'tonic' experiencing new places.
Take care of yourself my friend xxx

Hello my friend. Thank you for your kind praise. My hours are not long in the week. They are long and endless each shift. I should correct you and say that for us a hard cold winter is slowly creeping in. This has made things a little slow.

I am happy to hear that you are travelling and connecting with your family. I wish you peace and best wishes.❤️

Oh dear Carolyn, I think my brain took a walk🙈, or else I'll blame the grey hair. I was thinking of the southern hemisphere seasons😅
It's already getting cooler here in the Netherlands, but not bad yet, and it's warm inside. In SA our homes aren't built for extreme weather, my son says he was colder in Johannesburg because of that.
However, I don't think I could survive a long cold winter.
At least the kitchen is a warm place to work in!
Take care and enjoy the rest of the weekend although I'm sure weekends are your busiest periods?
