One thing with bread is that it can never be boring, it can be combined with a lot of things to get a real cool and unique taste. Bread is the most staple food eaten by people around the world, I even suspect it is the first most eaten snacks but I need to confirm that first
Ok in this post, I share with you a very special vegan sandwich recipe. With a few veggies and plant based ingredients, I achieved just the taste I wanted at the moment. Below are a few ingredients I used:
- 8 slices of bread
- 6 balls of fresh tomatoes
- 2 small sized onions
- Half cooking spoon vegetable oil
- Plant based butter
- 3 carrots
- 1 handful of roasted groundnut (peanuts)
- 1 handful of cabbage
- 5 chili pepper
Below is the butter I used for the sandwich, a product called blue band with all plant based ingredients.
Procedure
I started making this recipe by getting all my ingredients ready. I started by making the sauce to fill the bread.
So first I was chopping my veggies.
I chopped the onions, tomatoes, pepper and carrots and set it aside.
Next I put a post to heat, saute the onions, fresh tomatoes and stir fried everything together, the pepper and the carrots, added some salt to taste.
Next I added the cabbage to it and stirred in
After that the sauce was ready.
The sauce had a really delightful taste and I couldn't wait to fill it into my bread and savor it.
So I got to the next step, set my slices of bread in pairs, the butter and the peanut ready.
Next I was rubbing the butter on each slice of bread, then I got each pair of bread filled one with the sauce
After adding a few peanuts in it I covered with the other bread and set it aside
I repeated the same for all the other pairs, until all the bread was done.
And my sandwich was ready!
What I love most about sandwiches is their versatility. They can be tailored to suit any taste, diet, or occasion, making them the perfect go-to meal or snack. This recipe is not only simple but also budget-friendly, with ingredients that are easy to find in most kitchens.
And I certainly loved the addition of roasted peanut to it gave it a nutty flavor, and a unique and special taste that I loved so much.
Thank you so much, and I hope you try this out sometime. See you soon 🤗

I like to eat sandwiches for breakfast or dinner, but sometimes I get bored eating the same thing: salami, ham, and cheese. So, your filling for the sandwich could work very well for me! I will have to try it!
It looks tasty, and it's definitely healthy!!!
