As I am lactose intolerant I have looked for alternatives and using coconut milk is a very good one, it gives a very rich flavor to food.

I can't taste what you cooked but from the combinations of ingredients you used, that looks too tasty!

i already have done it, hahaa that's the one i use because i am lactose intolerant.
