Oh, it looks so delicate 💙 I've heard of this dessert without the mango slices. We have something similar here in Venezuela, sweetened with cane honey. I find it great that you can improvise and discover new and better versions of your own recipes; everything we do, cooking included helps us essay and build up life upon little experiments.
