La invitaciòn que hace la comunidad vegana trae diferentes connotaciones para mi. Hablar de veganismo para mi nunca fue sencillo porque en realidad consideraba que no soy nada vegana, tampoco creìa que dentro de las comidas que realizo en mi hogar no habìa nada de veganismo. Asì, algunas recetas que entraban aquì, antes publicaba en otras comunidades, ni se me ocurrìa que esta comunidad existìa, bueno son experiencias de aprendizajes acerca de este tipo de alimentaciòn, hoy en dìa me doy cuenta que a veces no quiero nada de carnes y procedo con un almuerzo vegano, por ejemplo: arroz, vegetales cocidos, plàtano salcochado, jugo de frutas sin usar azùcar, hasta granos condimentados solo con ajo, cebollas , perejil y otras ramas.
