LOL. I wanted to ask, do you eat bread very often? I know it has quite a bit of gluten in it.

I limit my consumption of white bread but usually have a loaf once a week of bread made with kamut or spelt which is low gluten. If I eat bread 3 days in a row I stop for a while. Potatoes and rice do the job. There is an Italian bakery that makes the best rolls. They are straight up white full of gluten and crusty on the outside. I can get a dozen for 3 dollars. I get them and keep them in my fridge for special occasions. I have no real dietary restrictions that I put on myself except the 12 hours in between my two meals, where I only drink water. It's mostly at work where I'm busy. I kid you not, I lost a few kilos doing this.

Thanks, that makes sense. I've read the book Wheat Belly and there seems to be something wrong with modern wheat for sure.
