Today I cooked chicken biryani. Very easy recipe thought to share with you. Biryani is a very popular favorite food of all of us young and old.
Materials:
- Chicken half kg
- Rice 250 grams
- Potatoes 2 large size
- Onion
- Raw pepper
- Sour yogurt
- Cumin-coriander powder
- Yellow powder
- Raisins
- Bay leaf, small cardamom, pepper
- Packet Biryani Masala.
Recipe:
First, wash the meat and the cut potatoes well. Wash the rice and let the water drain.
Then put some oil in a pot. Fry the onion and pepper in the oil.
In a bowl, take a tablespoon of cumin-coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of packet biryani masala, 4 tablespoons of sour curd, 10/12 raisins, a few bay leaves, pepper, cardamom.
Mix all the ingredients well and put them in oil.
Grind the spices well and then add the chicken and potatoes. Grind the potatoes and chicken well with the spices.
When the chicken is cut, give the washed rice. After giving the rice, add 2 cups of water to a half kg mug.
When the rice is cooked, mix 1 spoon of powdered milk and 1 spoon of sugar in a cup of tea and add that milk mixture to the rice. As a result, the color of the biryani will be beautiful and the taste will be better (If you mix sugar in any food, the taste of the food will come out).
If the water in the rice is dry, reduce the heat of the stove, close the lid and let it simmer for a while. When there is no water in the rice, turn off the stove and it is ready.
Then serve on a plate with salad.
Comment how you like this recipe of mine. And if there is any mistake in the cooking, please let me know, I will correct it. Thank you *
