The concept and presentation is restaurant level. I like your persistence in achieving what you want and at the same time, having a back up plan in case things don't work out like saying I still want to eat this whatever the outcome is. There is so much talent in you. With the basic ingredients, you were able to come up with a special and refreshing look of a salad. Who would thought about that idea? Only food genius like you.☺️
