Tidy I bring my today's recipe is fried rice garnish with veggies. I made this food ahead of lunch the food I prepared in the morning will not be enough for lunch I have to quickly cook this for them I know that my kids will love it since is rich prepare in a different way they will love it.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of rice
3 piece of Carrots
15_20 piece of Green beans
1/2 tablespoon of dry Pepper
1 medium Onion
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
1/2 tablespoon of grounded tumeric
Handful of green peas
Handful of sweet corn
Salt to taste
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will explain step by step and the process is very easy and simple.
STEP 1
I will first parboil my rice by putting my rice in a clean pot add water and cook when parboiling my rice I add my tumeric.
STEP 2
After some minutes I will now bring my rice down drain the water and wash.
STEP 3
I will now put my rice back toy pot add water and cook I will now add my spices.
I will wash my onions and slice and add .
Add my salt and my pepper and stir.
While waiting for my rice to be done I will now wash and slice my green beans and carrots and set them aside.
STEP 4
I will now check if my rice is done once is done I will now bring it down meanwhile if I check my rice and is not done I will add water.
Here my rice is done I will now bring them out from the pot because I will use the same pot to fry my rice.
STEP 5
I will now add my groundunt oil and once my oil is hot I will start putting my veggies.
I add my green beans and carrots to my hot oil and stir.
STEP 6
I will now add my rice, my green peas, my sweet corn and stir very well.
I will now stir them together very well.
Here my fried rice is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch I enjoyed my rice so much.
