Good morning everyone how are you all doing I hope you all had a nice night rest.
Is a brand new day and also a new recipe for breakfast. Breakfast is a meal in the morning and morning don't need a heavy food.
Morning needs food that will make us smart and healthy that is why I made this simple food for breakfast.
Is pap combine with fried ripe plantains.
Taking pap and fried ripe plantains is one of my favorites meal because ripe plantains is rich in iron, carbohydrates and vitamins while pap is rich in carbohydrates imagine body rice in all those things I measion you can believe with me that you had a very good meal and starting your day with healthy meal.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 piece of ripe plantain
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
Salt to taste
Pap
5 cubes of sugar
1 sachet of good time milk
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will explain this process step by step and I will start with plantain.
STEP 1
PLANTAINS
I will start by washing my plantains.
I will now peel my plantains.
STEP 2
After peeling I will now cut them into the shapes that I want.
STEP 3
I will now add salt and turn.
STEP 4
In a clean and dry pot I will put my groundunt oil and allow it to hot I will now put my plantains on a low heat.
After some seconds I will turn them around and allow them to be brownies.
Here they are done I will now bring remove from the oil.
PAP
STEP 1
I will put my pap in a clean plate add cool water and dessolve.
Here my pap is well dissolved.
STEP 2
I will now use my hot water to make my pap by pouring till my pap get thick.
STEP 3
I will now add my sugar.
I now empty my sachet of good time milk into my pap and stir.
Here my pap is ready.
This meal is a very good combination and is not only for breakfast.

Hello, in my country bananas are present in almost every meal and in slices they are delicious but I have never tried them this way. It is an interesting combination.
