Warm greetings to everyone here is lunch time and I want to have something different I want to eat adequate diet I had starchy food in the morning and proteinous food in the afternoon so this night I have to cook unripe plantains which gives iron to the body and I add vegetables to my iron food that makes my food adequate diet and my day balance and is good to have adequate diet everyday.
INGREDIENTS USED
7 piece of Unripe plantains
2 handful of slice Vegetables pumpkin leaf
1 medium Onions
1/2 tablespoon of Pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 red oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first wash and peel my plantains and cut them into pieces.
In a clean pot I will put my plantains and add water and cook.
After some minutes I will now put my salt and pepper.
I will now add red oil.
I will now wash and slice my onions and add and stir very well.
I will now wash my vegetables because is already sliced and stir them together.
Here my porridge plantains is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and the taste is topnotch I really enjoyed my night with this my delicious food and my family enjoyed it too.
