Unripe plantains with pumpkin leaf good for you

Warm greetings to everyone here, am happy to be here today and with a new recipe.

I made this meal in my village because we travel to the village for Christmas and since we are in the village I want to eat something natural.
I went to my mother's farm and get some fresh pumpkin leave to cook my unripe plantains porridge.

I made this food for the family because is a healthy food unripe plantains will pumpkin leaf.

Pumpkin leaf is very good to the body and it gives vitamins to the body and vitamins helps to build the immune system.
While
Unripe plantains is very rich in iron and also support the bones in health development.

This meal is good for everyone both children and adults that is why I made this meal for the hole family so that my children will also eat from it.

INGREDIENTS USED
7 piece of Unripe plantains
Handful of Pumpkin leaf
5 piece of fresh pepper
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
I will explain this process step by step
STEP 1
I will first wash my unripe plantains and peel.

STEP 2
After peeling I will now cut them into pieces.

STEP 3
In a clean pot I will put my slice unripe plantains add water and cook.

STEP 4
I will now start putting my ingredients one after the other.
I will put salt first and now wash my onions and slice and add to my food.

I will now stir and add my red oil.

I will now wash my fresh pepper and pound.

After pounding I will now add to my food.

Lastly I will now wash my pumpkin leaf and slice.

After sliceing I will now add them to my food or unripe plantains.
