White rice with banga stew for Sunday and very natural

Warm greetings to everyone here and happy Sunday to everyone.
Today is Sunday and here my kids sees Sunday as a day of celebration and so we must cook rice every Sunday .

We just return back to our base and I came back with palm fruit and I already have rice in the house I have to quickly cook rice and I will use my palm fruit to prepare banga stew for the rice since I don't have tomatoes to cook stew.

INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of rice
1/2 paint of palm fruit
5 piece of Fresh pepper
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of Mix spice
2 pices Garlic
5 stems of Scent leaf
Water.

Mix spice is made up of grinded turmeric and ginger.

PROCEDURE
RICE
I will explain this process step by step.
STEP 1
I will first parboil my rice and wash by putting them into my pot add water and cook.

STEP 2
After 15 minutes I will now bring my rice down and wash. I will now put it back to pot and cook.

STEP 3
I will now allow my rice to be soft once my white rice is soft I will now bring it down.

Here my white rice is ready.

BANGA STEW
STEP 1
I will first wash my palm fruit put in my clean pot and cook.

STEP 2
After 20 minutes of cooking my palm fruit I will now bring it down put them in my mortar and pound.

STEP 3
After pounding my palm fruit very well I will now add water and extract the palm fruit oil because after pounding oil with come out.
I will now put the oil in my clean pot and cook.

STEP 4
Here I will be putting my ingredients
I will first wash my fresh pepper and peel my garlic and pound the together and put.

I will now wash and slice my onions and add to my banga stew.

I will add my salt to make my stew tasty.

Lastly I will wash my scent leaf and slice and now add them.

Looking at this dish is very simple and an tempting and the taste is topnotch.
