Let's eat healthy delicious Lasia Spinosa curry

How are you guys ? Welcome to my new post. So today I chose @plantpower (vegan ) community for my new post.today i am going share with you lasia spinosa curry .First i will introduc to you about lasia.

My mom and dad went on a trip, so I'm in my grandma's house today. Actually My grandmother always likes to eat good food. Because she is now suffering from various diseases due to her age.actually she is a bit immunocompromised. she does not like to eat meat and fish. So she gets the necessary benefits for immunity from various vegetarian dishes.

So today she wanted to eat a lasia spinosa curry.There is a lasia plantation in their own garden.I got lasia spinosa from the my grandma 's garden for the curry that I am going to share with you today.

This is the lasia leaves( but this dark green leaves are not used for cooking )

Only light green leaves like this.

Although these are not expensive, they are very good food. It can be introduced as a food that has local value in Sri Lanka. It can be known as a food that is very good for our digestive system.

Lasia is a high fiber food. So it is very good if you can eat such natural foods at least once a week. Such foods can protect against non-communicable diseases.Lasi belongs to the category of food with cooling properties.

I had never cooked these before so my grandmother helped me.Ok .now lasia introduction is finish . Now let's see how to make this recipe . This very easy recipe.

📌️Ingredients required

.Lasia spinosa 500g
.tomato 1
.half a large onion
.curry leaves
.A piece of snoring
.salt powder 2tsp
.Turmeric powder 1 tsp
.Chili powder 1tsp
.Curry powder 1, 1/2
.Coconut milk 1, 1/2 cup

Clean and cut Lasia spinosa as shown in the image.

After cuttings put it to the pot

Now add chopped onions, curry leaves and tomatoes to it.

4 step
Add curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to required amount

5 step
Now add coconut milk

6 step
Now close and boil it on low flame for about twenty minutes

7step
Now the delicious and healthy Lasia Spinosa curry is ready

This curry can be eaten with rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.It is really very valuable that we get used to getting high quality food regularly .so if you have your area this type of lasiaS try this recipe.

I've never heard of this plant before, most likely it's not grown in my country, due to different climate. Enjoy your dish, must be healthy.

Scientific is name Lasia Spinosa. Already i added it. But sri lankans called kohila . That is sinhala name
