I am going to share with you a famous and delicious food. So I used mint leaves as the main ingredient in the recipe. Today I am going to teach you how to make a delicious mint chutney.
You must have eaten mint chutney. But it may not have been prepared at home. So you can try this recipe at home. This chutney is a very good food for cholesterol control.
Also, the aroma from this chutney..... mmmm very smelly and very coolness.
The body is cooled by the aroma of these mint leaves. It is very healthy for the mind. Also, those who have no appetite can eat this chutney. This chutney is not very spicy so it can be eaten by children and old people. Can be eaten with bread, rice, biryani and roti. Try eating it with hot hot rice.. it will be a different experience for you. The way I said it perfectly matching .
Method of preparation
We need these ingredients
- Few mint leaves
- A few curry leaves
- 1 large onion
- 3 green chili pods
- Half a lime
- Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt powder
- 8 tamarind seeds
- Garlic cloves 5
- One cup of grated coconut
- A small piece of ginger
- 1 step
First, wash the mint leaves and curry leaves and cut them into small pieces. Put it in the blender

Now cut onions and chilies and put them in the blender.

ok Now add about 5 table spoons of water to the tamarind seeds and dissolve them well like this. Put about 2 table spoons of tamarind water in the blender and blend it well.

Now add to that chopped garlic , ginger , pepper powder , salt powder and grated coconut .
- 5 step
And again add two tbsp of tamarind water and blender it well.
- 6 step
Now this paste put a separate bowl and add some lime drops and mix well.
- 7 step
The taste of this chutney was not enough so I again added some salt powder. Add salt according to your taste.
