Do you know that raw papaya can be eaten?

Many people know that ripe papaya can be eaten as a fruit. Almost everyone likes to eat ripe papaya. So today I am going to tell you how to prepare raw papaya as food.If you really know the taste of this recipe, you will like to eat this raw papaya.

There is a high demand for ripe papaya in the market because everyone likes to eat ripe papaya. Raw papaya is a bit difficult to find in the market as there is not much demand for raw papaya. But we can find raw papaya from rural houses. Because papaya is an easy plant to grow.Ripe papaya is used for fruit salads and drinks.


So, do you know that raw papaya is used in different ways for food?

.For delicious of pickles

.as a curry

.For tough foods and meats

.As a curry with jackfruit seeds (the raw papaya these ways you can use for food )


And,other thing is that knowing the taste, nutrition and details about the papaya plant is good for our knowledge improvement , isn't it?

Let me explain briefly about the appearance of the papaya plant and its nutrition.papaya is an introduced to Sri Lanka. Native to the tropical regions of America, papaya is a type of plant that can be grown under different temperatures. In fact, this is cultivated as a commercial crop in various countries today. Belongs to the genus Caricaceae. The stems of the papaya plant are not very strong, and the height of this plant is about 3 to 10 feet. The leaves are large. A single erect tall plant . The flower is very beautiful white,And it has a light yellow mixed color.


Do you know about the nutritional value of papaya, which is a hunger-inducing food?

.Iron
.Carbohydrates


By eating papaya which contains nutrients, we can get many benefits like this. If they are,

.Also, it must be said that the roots, leaves, flowers and seeds of the papaya plant are used to treat various diseases.

For the papaya recipe, I got raw papaya from my garden .


Now let's see how to make delicious raw papaya dish .

The ingredients we need for that,

green chili04
curry leaves10g
Grated coconut01cup
turmeric powder1tsp
pepper powder1tsp
salt powder1,1/2 tsp
mustard1tsp
garlic cloves05
coconut oil03tbsp

Method

1 step

First, cut the raw papaya in two and remove the green peel. Remove the seeds inside and wash.


2 step

Now in this way grate the raw papaya . Wash again with water.


3 steps

Put it in a separate bowl. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, onion, salt powder and mix. Put about 100ml of water and boil for about 10 minutes


4 steps

Next, add green chillies, garlic, pepper powder and coconut in this way grind it well.


5 steps

After boild raw papaya ,Add the coconut paste to the raw papaya mixture and mix well for about a one minute. Remove it from the stove (on low flame).


6step

Put a pan on the stove again and when it gets hot, add coconut oil and add mustard after it gets hot.


7 steps

Mix the prepared mustard with papaya mellum.


Now the delicious papaya mallum is ready.

This food is suitable for any meal in the morning, noon and night. And, You can eat this papaya mallum with rice and any curry. So enjoy the taste of this food. So let's meet again with a new vegan recipe. have a good day 🤗❤

This post is making my mouth water. I LOVE fresh papaya, and green papaya salad...soooo good!

Raw papaya is very dangerous if eaten directly, but cooking like this makes it very good to eat, because papaya has lots of vitamins and nutrients. Your post adds to my knowledge about processing raw papaya very well.
