Chard risotto/ Arroz con acelgas ๐Ÿš๐Ÿš๐Ÿš

Here I am again with a good recipe, in this period I often prepare rice because it is cheap and I really like it, at the supermarket I then found chard at a discount, a vegetable that both my husband and I adore and which in this season is often found at low prices price so here is my dish today, risotto with chard.

For this dish you need:

  • 160 grams of fresh chards
  • 100 grams of white rice
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons pepper

First let's prepare the chard, wash it well, cut off the stems and any badly placed leaves and cut it into strips as fine as possible, it will take some time.

Para este plato necesitas:

  • 2 cucharadas de pimienta

Primero vamos a preparar las acelgas, las lavamos bien, les cortamos los tallos y las hojas mal colocadas y las cortamos en tiras lo mรกs finas posibles, llevarรก un tiempo.

Luego preparamos una olla para el arroz y las acelgas con agua, mientras tanto 2 cucharadas de sal, dejamos hervir cuando hierva el agua, primero echamos las acelgas y dejamos cocer unos diez minutos, luego aรฑadimos el arroz para que se cocine junto con las acelgas, aรฑadir el resto de sal y cocinar, revolviendo con frecuencia, durante otros veinte minutos, luego escurrir todo y sazonar nuestro arroz de acelgas con sal y pimienta.

Un plato calentito y delicioso que sienta muy bien durante los frรญos dรญas de invierno.
