Good morning Hivers how are you? Today it is quite cold here and I decided to cook a simple and nutritious dish, I found some spinach at a good price and since I was alone for lunch I decided to make do with a healthy and easy to make dish.
For this dish you need:
- 200 grams of spinach
- 100 grams of chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons of fine salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
First we take the spinach and wash it very carefully especially if it is fresh, it usually has some soil residues.

Buenos días Hivers ¿cómo estás? Hoy hace bastante frío aquí y decidí cocinar un plato sencillo y nutritivo, encontré unas espinacas a buen precio y como estaba sola almorzando decidí conformarme con un plato sano y fácil de hacer.
Para este plato necesitas:
- 200 gramos de espinacas
- 100 gramos de garbanzos
- 4 cucharadas de sal fina
- 2 cucharadas de pimienta negra
Primero cogemos las espinacas y las lavamos con mucho cuidado sobre todo si están frescas, suele tener algunos restos de tierra.
Then we take a large pot and fill it with water and salt it, when the water boils we throw the cleaned spinach into the pan and cook them for about 15 minutes until they become soft, then we add the chickpeas to the pot and cook another five minutes, we drain everything carefully because the spinach in particular retains a lot of water and then we serve hot with pepper on top, if you want you can not add it or choose a spice to your liking, a dish that is really easy to make and very genuine.

Luego cogemos una olla grande y la llenamos de agua y le ponemos sal, cuando hierva el agua echamos las espinacas limpias a la sartén y las cocemos unos 15 minutos hasta que se ablanden, luego añadimos los garbanzos a la olla y cocinamos otros cinco minutos, escurrimos todo con cuidado porque las espinacas en particular retienen mucha agua y luego servimos calientes con pimiento por encima, si quieres no puedes añadirlo o elegir una especia a tu gusto, un plato realmente fácil de hacer y muy genuino.
