But I still had time to cook a cheap and delicious little dish. I had some leftover leek in the fridge, luckily in this season leeks are easy to find and cheap! And then I found a can of champignon mushrooms so from there I decided to make a nice rice with them.
For this recipe they are needed:
- 120 grams of classic rice
- 130 grams of champignon mushrooms
- 1 leek
- 3 tablespoons of salt
- 6 tablespoons of oil
First, let's deal with the leek, washing it well and cutting a little of the top part and a little of the bottom part as desired, cutting it into rounds. In the meantime, prepare a pan with two tablespoons of oil and let it fry for a minute.

Me sobraron puerros en la nevera, ยกpor suerte en esta temporada los puerros son fรกciles de encontrar y baratos! Y luego encontrรฉ una lata de champiรฑones asรญ que de ahรญ decidรญ hacer un rico arroz con ellos.
Para esta receta se necesitan
- 120 gramos de arroz clรกsico
- 130 gramos de champiรฑones
- 1 puerro
- 3 cucharadas de sal
- 6 cucharadas de aceite

Luego aรฑadimos el puerro a la sartรฉn y preparamos una olla con agua y sal donde luego coceremos el arroz. Coge los champiรฑones enlatados, escรบrrelos y aรฑรกdelos a la sartรฉn con los puerros, dรฉjalos cocer unos diez minutos a fuego medio, revolviendo con frecuencia.
Cuando el agua hierva, echa el arroz y cocรญnalo durante el tiempo necesario que indica el paquete, normalmente una media hora. Cuando estรฉ listo, escรบrrelo y aรฑade el contenido de la sartรฉn al arroz. el arroz y mezclar todo junto, luego servir preferiblemente caliente! Un plato muy bueno en la estaciรณn frรญa y con sabor otoรฑal.

This is a very healthy meal. It's hard to get mushroom in my city but when I do, I will definitely try this recipe.
