Unfortunately I digest them badly but my husband loves them, so today I decided to cook them for him in a really simple and economical recipe, it's certainly not a light dish but it's very tasty and only requires a few ingredients! Peppers and onion!

For this recipe you will need:

  • 3 medium peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

As you can see, the ingredients are very few and quite cheap, this is a dish that can be prepared quite quickly and my husband confirmed to me that it is truly delicious despite its simplicity.

Buenos días Hivers ¿cómo estás? ¿Te gustan los pimientos? Lamentablemente los digiero mal pero a mi marido le encantan, así que hoy decidí cocinárselos en una receta realmente sencilla y económica, ciertamente no es un plato ligero pero sí muy rico y solo requiere unos pocos ingredientes.

¡Pimientos y cebolla!

Para esta receta necesitarás:

  • 3 pimientos medianos
  • 2 cebollas
  • 3 cucharadas de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite

Como puedes ver los ingredientes son muy pocos y bastante económicos, este es un platillo que se puede preparar bastante rápido y mi esposo me confirmó que realmente está delicioso a pesar de su sencillez.

Add it to the pan and cook it together with the peppers, stirring for another ten minutes. Then your simple and delicious dish will be ready to eat even with a slice of bread if you want.

Primero limpiamos bien los pimientos con agua fría, luego los limpiamos con cuidado de las semillas y del centro, no queremos encontrarnos semillas desagradables entre los dientes, ¿verdad?

Después de que las hayamos limpiado, las cortamos en trozos finos, las ponemos en la sartén con el aceite y las salamos, comenzamos a cocinarlas a fuego lento, removiendo frecuentemente durante unos siete minutos, hasta que extiendan el olor por toda la casa y tengan su color típico de la cocción, luego cogemos la cebolla, la pelamos (¡¡cuánto odio pelar cebollas!!) y la cortamos en tiras finas.
