Quick mixed salad with mixed beans. ( ENG/ESP)

Here I am again today with another recipe, I confess that this will not be a very elaborate recipe, unfortunately these days I have workers at home and in the kitchen there is a lot of chaos and dust everywhere so these days I try to make simple, easy and as fast as tonight's. As you know by now if you follow my blog, I am a big fan of salads and often make all kinds. Today's one is really easy and quick. Made with mixed salad (here they sell bags of mixed salad at a low price in every supermarket) and mixed beans (they also sell canned ones here, a mix of red, white and pinto beans, also very useful for making soups)

We need:

  • 200 grams of mixed salad
  • 100 grams of mixed beans
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

First we prepare a large bowl with the mixed salad, they usually sell it already washed but if it isn't, let's soak it a little with bicarbonate of soda.

Aquí estoy nuevamente hoy con otra receta, les confieso que esta no será una receta muy elaborada, lamentablemente estos días tengo trabajadores en casa y en la cocina hay mucho caos y polvo por todos lados así que estos días trato de hacer sencilla. , fácil y tan rápido como el de esta noche.

Como ya sabrás si sigues mi blog, soy un gran admirador de las ensaladas y suelo hacer de todo tipo. El de hoy es realmente fácil y rápido. Elaborado con ensalada mixta (aquí venden bolsas de ensalada mixta a bajo precio en todos los supermercados) y frijoles mixtos (aquí también venden enlatados, una mezcla de frijoles rojos, blancos y pintos, también muy útiles para hacer sopas)

Necesitamos:

  • 200 gramos de ensalada mixta
  • 100 gramos de frijoles mixtos
  • 6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 3 cucharadas de sal
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta

Primero preparamos un bol grande con la ensalada mixta, normalmente la venden ya lavada pero si no la remojamos un poco con bicarbonato.

Luego preparamos una sartén con dos cucharadas de aceite y dejamos cocer el aceite durante un minuto aproximadamente, luego añadimos las judías y las dejamos cocer a fuego lento unos 5 minutos, removiendo con frecuencia.

Cuando estén listas les agregamos el pimiento y luego las agregamos a nuestra ensalada, mezclamos todo bien y luego sazonamos con sal y aceite. Ya tendremos lista una receta muy fácil y rápida, ¡perfecta para una comida o cena rápida y saludable!
