Crispy Banana Sandwich
Sandwich? Maybe you will be confused by what I wrote, but at first glance its shape is similar to a sandwich, haha I believe that. This fried banana dish is very popular in our country, many people prepare it as a snack at home with the addition of various toppings. At first I was doubtful about optimal results, because I made a vegan version without eggs. However, I'm sure the banana will enhance its own taste without these non-vegan ingredients.
Using ripe bananas requires a lot of brainstorming at home. Moreover, this material will soon have to be thrown away for some people. However, without fear, I stored it in the refrigerator some time ago so that it lasts longer. So, this time, this fried banana sandwich will become a delicious banana sandwich and is very easy to make. Let's do it!!!!.
Materials Used
3 spoons of wheat flour
2 spoons of rice flour
To taste fanir flour
½ teaspoon salt
To taste Seres,
Enough colorful sprinklers
So, for the topping, I added colorful sprinkles and sprinkles. However, if you have vegan cheese or other cream that you like, you can add whatever you like.
Cooking Procedure
Peel the kepok banana skin then take the whole banana. So here I use bananas that are very ripe.
After all the ingredients were ready to use, I started adding flour in another container. Put rice flour in a container.
Then mix it with wheat flour, add enough water, approximately 150ml.
Stir until thick, then add salt and stir again.
Dip the cleaned banana in the flour mixture.
Then roll in fanir until all parts are evenly distributed.
After all the parts are covered with a fan, split the banana in the middle.
Then add the wet flour mixture then cover it again evenly with fanir flour
Now the dough is finished, and will be fried in hot oil over low heat. Fry until golden brown and drain the bananas.
Results
Bananas that have been fried then in the middle sprinkle with lemongrass then to make them look beautiful sprinkle with colorful sprinkles on top. Serve on a plate as a delicious snack to relax during the day or evening.
The crunch of the outer skin of this fried banana sandwich with the softness of the banana is enough to provide deliciousness.
At first I was doubtful about the satisfying results in the taste. However, after trying it, it turned out that this simple fried banana sandwich really helped me when preparing snacks at home.
