Grilled Oats and Peanuts

Healthy snacks without gluten free sugar are really very rare to find in my city. Especially when I cut back on eating flour and sugar, it was really difficult to find packaged snacks.

After going to the mini market in my city a few days ago, I found some healthy snacks which are great for me who is reducing my consumption of flour. However, snacks that are good for a diet have quite fantastic prices here, and I can't keep buying them. Therefore, I had the idea to make simple snacks at home using available ingredients. Actually, there aren't many ingredients used, but they are enough to make this delicious, crunchy snack that is definitely low in calories.

I needed to buy some ingredients yesterday, namely peeled peanuts. Actually I have whole peanuts, but I think it takes quite a lot of my time to process them. The price of peanuts now on the market is quite surprising to me. Haha, that didn't stop me from buying this material at all. I didn't buy much, just to make this snack.

Materials Needed

100 grams of peanuts

Choco chips to taste
¼ teaspoon salt
A spoonful of vanilla powder

Creation Procedure

Step 1

Roast the peanuts in your frying pan, toast or bake until completely cooked. Well, usually when ripe peanuts change color and their shape will become denser.

Hi dear @nurfay, I see your delicious healthy recipe but I want to make a clarification about oats, because this cereal contains gluten, so your recipe is not gluten free and this can confuse many who need to eat gluten free like celiac people and people with autism. Gluten is a protein found in some grains, mainly wheat, oats and barley.

My recommendation is that you modify the title and part of the content where you say that this is a gluten-free snack. I think it is the most convenient for the health and welfare of people allergic to gluten.

My sincere and virtual embrace 🙏💙

Thank you for providing input on the title of my post. What I know is that whole oats do not contain gluten. However, after reading your comments and reading several other references on the internet, it turns out that gluten can also be contaminated in certain oat products.

So to avoid this misunderstanding, I will change this title! .Thank You !

Thanks to you for taking the suggestion and researching, that is very important. I have recently seen packets of oats being sold that say gluten free and I was shocked and very concerned. Again, thank you very much for your receptiveness. Again I send you another hug and accompanied by rich blessings to you. 🙏💙

The best hugs also for those of you who have provided new knowledge for me dear!

Wow... very tasty I love this, thanks for sharing the recipe friend
