Hello vegan lovers wherever you are!, Currently in Indonesia it is starting to get late in the afternoon, I started writing this recipe in the afternoon. Especially those of you who like my recipes and can take the time to make them again at home with your family.
Roasted Garlic Nuts
Roasted garlic peanuts are roasted peanuts with pieces of garlic and lime leaves so that the garlic aroma sticks well in the peanuts when you enjoy them. Another impressive thing is that these nuts are very healthy, because they go through a roasting process without oil.
Materials Used
7 cloves of garlic
7 lime leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Enough water
It will be easier for you to process peeled nuts as onions, because you don't need to peel the skin anymore. This process will greatly speed up the manufacturing process in making onion beans.
Creation Procedure
Prepare the beans, pour them into a heat-resistant soaking container and choose a cleaner container.
Wash the beans thoroughly, here I rinsed them twice.
After the beans are clean, then in a pan, heat 700 ml of water until it boils.
Once boiling, add in the washed beans until the beans are all submerged or sink. Cover and soak the beans for approximately 1 hour.
While waiting for the beans to soak, chop the garlic, thinly slice it and chop the lime leaves according to taste.
After an hour the beans start to expand, then discard the soaking water.
Drain for 15 minutes. So, when draining, I store the beans in a napkin so the water can soak in completely.
Once the water content starts to decrease, season with salt, stir until evenly mixed.
Add the chopped garlic and lime leaves and leave for 5 minutes so that the flavors absorb.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat, roast the peanuts for approximately 1 hour. So, adjust the baking time to each oven. When roasting, don't forget to turn the nuts over so they cook evenly.

Tara!!!
Healthy roasted onion nuts are ready to be enjoyed as a delicious snack at home. Very suitable for those of you who eat less oily snacks. Just imagine the delicious crunchy texture, it really made me not stop chewing it. What's even more tempting is that the aroma of garlic this time is really appetizing, plus it combines perfectly with the aroma of lime leaves. Ahhh it's so hard to avoid the fragrant aroma of this delicacy, you know how this aroma comes out when roasted, they are simply amazing.
So, for those of you who are on a diet, this is also very suitable as a snack, because it is processed by baking. I consume this as my snack when I'm relaxing. And this really helps delay my appetite when I'm hungry before it's time to eat.
So, these roasted onion nuts can be stored for a month in an airtight container at room temperature. Good luck trying the recipe!

These nuts are definitely very crunchy, sis
You are right, they are crispy and tasty, just like being fried.
Such a great idea I use often nuts as a snack when I watch TV so yummy 😋😋
Apart from popcorn, this is also the best alternative snack for watching. Moreover, if it is made in the oven, it will be very healthy again.
