Easy Way to Make Simple Snack Oatmeal Tofu Sticks

Enjoy the crunchy tofu snacks combined with oats. The texture is so tempting and makes you want to enjoy this snack again and again.




I have a new recipe to share with you all on this platform. Of course, it is vegan-based, as a delicious snack that you will surely love. This is a snack with ingredients that you can easily find wherever you are. This snack is perfect for you to serve as a vegan or even for your children at home.




Oatmeal Tofu Sticks

This tofu snack is combined with oats, the use of whole oats increases the level of crunchiness on the outer layer of the stick. So that's enough to make me excited in preparing this snack. Now this snack itself is usually prepared at home. I prepare it in various forms and not infrequently I even prepare this processed tofu to be healthier by grilling it.

Below I will invite you to prepare the recipe.




Ingredients

2 pieces of tofu
50 gram rolled oats
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 celery leaf
1 teaspoon salt




Cooking Procedure


Step 1


Mash the tofu with a fork until the texture is smooth. Here, use soft tofu.

Step 2


Add garlic powder and also pepper powder and then stir until evenly distributed.

Step 3


Add oats, well here if you use oat flour it is okay, because I want to be textured I use roll oats.

Step 4


Chop celery leaves finely then add to the tofu mixture.

Step 5


Stir until evenly distributed, then add a little salt to make it taste better.

Step 6


Stir the dough again then shape the dough into an elongated shape like a stick.

Step 7


Fry until brownish yellow using low heat in plenty of oil until crispy and when cooked drain.

Serve the oatmeal tofu sticks with chili sauce and enjoy while relaxing at home. Feel the crunchy tofu sticks that are very delicious with a savory taste. It is suitable to be served as a snack for your family, if you want to enjoy it with warm rice, it is also good.

For those of you who are confused about preparing what snacks from tofu. Try this way you can also bake it in an airfryer or oven. But because I like it a bit wet I often fry it. But still fry ahak long in order to produce a perfect dish. Well if you manage to make it let me know for that!.
