Unusual dishes definitely give a new surprise to your tongue, there's nothing wrong with trying to process anything in a different way. Sometimes the city doesn't dare to try that's what's so delicious.
Guacamole
Guacamole is a salty and spicy version of processed avocado, this is something new for my tongue. Yeah because my tongue often enjoys avocado with a sweet version. Well processed avocado known as guacamole is one of the traditional Mexican foods.
Processed guacamole is usually enjoyed with baked chips, toast, tortillas, tacos, vegetables, or even used as a topping for humburger sandwiches, baked potatoes and many others.
As someone who loves salty dishes, of course I am very curious about avocado preparations like this. Because in my country avocados are synonymous with sweet preparations, or even now I have a habit of enjoying avocados directly by scooping them. In my opinion, avocados are delicious to be enjoyed in any occasion at home!
Ingredients Used
1 tomato
½ onion
1 celery leaf (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Making Procedure
Halve the avocado, then take the avocado flesh. Then crush the avocado, here you should not mash it too soft. Because I used an avocado that was too ripe as a result the avocado had a texture that was too soft.

Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds, here cut the tomatoes into small square shapes only.

Continue with cutting other ingredients, in the form of finely chopped onions. Then celery leaves are also finely chopped, the original recipe uses coriander leaves, because I don't have coriander I use celery leaves.
Next, mix the salt and pepper seasoning into the mashed avocado, stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Then mix the ingredients that have been cut earlier stir until evenly distributed and don't forget to add lemon juice, and I forgot to take a picture. Well guacamole is ready to be enjoyed.
Result
Guacamole is ready, I enjoyed it with some roasted corn chips that I bought at the convenience store a while ago. A great combination, if you have some toasted rye bread this would be a delicious and healthy treat for your breakfast.
Salty, slightly tart, and spicy from the peppercorns and it all tasted perfect and just right on my tongue. I had no idea that avocado prepared like this is so delicious and so authentic. You know this is a new flavor that I found from avocado with a soft texture. Looks like this will be a dish that I will make again the next time I have avocados at home.
