How to Easily Make Nagasari Pandan Special Dessert

Nagasari Pandan With Banana Topping

Nagasari pandan is one of the traditional snacks that is often served as a sweet dessert that is quite popular as a favorite market snack. Nagasari is made from processed rice flour then cooked with coconut milk and given green coloring from pandan leaves. The special thing is that there is a filling of naturally sweet banana pieces in the middle, resulting in a sweet and savory food with the aroma of pandanus and the aroma of banana leaf wrappers that tempt you.

Ingredients

200 grams of rice flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 ripe bananas
¼ teaspoon salt
200 grams grated coconut
10 pandan leaves
To taste banana leaves




Making Procedure


Step 1


Blend the grated coconut with pandan leaves using 300 ml of water, after blending strain and take the coconut milk that has been mixed with pandan leaves.

Step 2


Prepare flour in a cooking pan, mix with salt, sugar.

Step 3


Add the thick coconut milk that has been blended with pandan leaves, stir in the flour that has been prepared. I gave a little green coloring, and unfortunately the coloring spilled over so the color is more intense.

Step 4


Then cook on medium heat until thickened.

Step 5


Prepare the bananas, then cut the bananas lengthwise into small pieces.

Add the dough on top of the banana leaves and then flatten the dough with leaves or plastic.

Then add the banana and coat it with flour, and fold the edges.

Step 8


Steam until cooked, or up to 20 minutes until the nagasari does not taste and smell flour anymore.

Nagasari pandan with banana topping is ready to serve, this dish is usually served as a sweet dessert that is very popular in our area. Usually sold in traditional markets, my family and I often prepare this dish because it is very suitable for our tongue, not to mention the preparation process does not take a long time.
