Dadar roll is a traditional cake that is often sold in the market, usually this cake is sold in the usual form with grated coconut filling, but this time I will invite you to process this snack into an amazing variation with a combination of flavors from plants, namely avocado sauce. As you know avocado is very rarely used as a traditional cake dish in our area, but my love for this fruit made me want to try a new recipe for omelette rolls with avocado sauce filling.

Dadar rolls stuffed with avocado sauce is the first recipe I tried, I hope this time, I will find an extraordinary taste sensation in this cake. As a lover of traditional snacks, there is nothing wrong if I process traditional vegan-based snacks with a few different variants, right?. - 1 ripe avocado
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Adequate pandan paste and coloring
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

Prepare the avocado, by taking the contents of the avocado and then mashing it manually using a spoon.Step 2
Next, add the sugar, then the salt, then stir again until the sugar and salt are dissolved in the avocado sauce.Step 3
Then, prepare the flour in a bowl, then add a little salt and stir until evenly distributed.Step 4
Add enough water then add cornstarch and stir again until evenly distributed.Step 5
After that, then sieve the dough, so that there are no lumps of flour.Step 6
Then divide the dough one cups in another container, then give yellow coloring for a lot of dough, and green color for a little dough.Step 7
Then prepare the Teflon, apply a little oil, then add the green drops of dough, cook until cooked.Step 8
