Hi vegan lovers how are you today, again today's snack can make you more relaxed at home. Enjoying simple snacks using whatever ingredients you have at home is definitely better isn't it. Especially with the current situation in my house again and again flooded. Yeah the right alternative is to make fried treats to accompany this tiring day. It's not stressful but doing work when floods come into the house is so draining and even takes a lot of time.
I thought of making snacks with makeshift ingredients and this could make us survive the momentary hunger. So this time I made vegan abacus noodles. The idea of making noodles that are made into sempol when I eat street food out there. There are so many snacks of this type there, even though the ingredients I have are not complete but I dare to make it and I am sure it will taste very good. It's made from noodles mixed with flour and you can add spring onions or whatever you have at home. Now to make it interesting like sempol similar to those sold on street vendors I fry using skewers and the results will be better, here I will invite you to prepare step by step preparation.
Ingredients Used
2 spoons of wheat flour
1 spoon tapioca flour
3 cloves of shallots
1 packet instant noodle seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
50 grams fanir flour
Making Procedure
Boil the instant noodles in boiling water until fully cooked, make sure everything is not hard.
Add seasoning and salt, make sure everything is mixed evenly with the noodles.
Next cut the shallots, cut them to the size according to your taste and then mix them into the noodles that have been seasoned.
Add flour, then stir until evenly distributed, if it is a little hard, you can add a little water.
Wrap it around the skewer and then stir in the fanir flour while pressing. Ignore my messy hands during the process.
Do it until finished then fry in plenty of oil that has been heated using low heat.
Fry until golden brown, or until cooked, making sure everything is cooked thoroughly and evenly.
Result
The vegan sempol noodles are ready to be enjoyed, put your favorite sauce or mayonnaise on top of the sempol noodles. Crispy savory and everything is complete, the combination of noodles with fanir flour dressing gives a different taste everything looks better, the outer layer is really crispy so it is enough to make anyone who enjoys it will definitely like it.
In this recipe, I get 6 pieces of medium sized vegan sempol, if you want to make it smaller, you can do it according to your taste.

Almost similar to naguut nuggets, the ornamental nuggets are steamed and then fried. But this is from instant noodles!
