Nori stuffed with various fried vegetables is one of the delicious snacks that must be tried at home. The taste is very tantalizing, and of course the combination of nori wrapping gives a new sensation in enjoying vegetables.
This snack recipe was inspired by one of the recipes on the internet, where they fried some vegetables on nori. But what's different is that the recipe does not roll the filling and also only uses cabbage as a vegetable. I think the difference in the way it is rolled and the addition of other types of vegetables makes it taste chewier and more delicious. So for those of you who are confused about making children enjoy vegetables, I think this experiment is the right alternative. For those of you who are reducing the use of oil, you can bake or use your airfryer for maximum results.
Ingredients Used
50 grams of broccoli
10 grams bean sprouts
1 small carrot
3 pieces of mustard greens
1 clove shallot
1 clove of garlic
100 grams of wheat flour
Nori sheets to taste
Cooking Procedure
Prepare the vegetables first, chop the cabbage and broccoli.
Then clean the carrots and then cut the carrots into small pieces.
Next cut the chili and also the onion here I sliced thinly.
Mix all vegetables in one container and then stir.
Add flour and season with salt and also ground pepper.
Then abil one spoon of dough roll in nori.
Fry until brownish yellow, well make sure to fry on low heat.
Results
Taraa!!!
I'm so happy that the vegetable-filled nori roll looks perfect, I love the shape, it's so cute that the vegetable part comes out wider when fried, it makes this snack more interesting. I sprinkled the top with chili powder and then enjoyed it while it was warm uhh delicious and just right on my tongue.
The combination of vegetables makes this dish naturally sweet, and the perfect nori outer skin gives a different sensation this snack becomes more savory. I'm so glad my new snack experiment at home was a success this time.
